Local legendary winemaker Tony Coturri, famous for his natural practices, is our current partner on these grapes, and he is blown away at the quality.

The main residence features a total of 7,342 +/- sq ft of conditioned space, brushed white oak floors, rustic plank wall detail, integrated “smart house” features such as music room-by-room, electronic curtains, lights, and HVAC all controlled on your phone or on the in-wall console (Control4 system), heated floors, walk-in wine cellar, and multiple options for both indoor and outdoor group dining (along with a butler’s pass associated with the main dining room). Fire features can be enjoyed both indoors as well as outdoors making this a truly enjoyable home in every season.
